Heart, Health & Healing Ministries, Inc.  (Triple “H” Ministries) is a faith-based agency where we provide a holistic approach to helping every individual with complex problems.

Triple H Ministries was established in 2011, conceptualized, and founded by Caroline W. Granison due to personal events. She seeks to inspire others with her story, regardless of their background or beliefs. The culmination of her experiences has manifested the vision for Triple H Ministries, “of zero new infections within Palm Beach County by incorporating a holistic approach to HIV prevention and other health disparities through prayer, education, and awareness via community outreach”. In tandem with our mission of improving physical and mental wellness for all, we continue to work towards a brighter future.
